The new hardware chief, Rick Osterloh, stated: "a lot of the innovation that we want to do now ends up requiring controlling the end-to-end user experience". Google has also experimented with becoming an Internet carrier. In February 2010, it announced Google Fiber, a fiber-optic infrastructure that was installed in Kansas City; in April 2015, it launched Project Fi in the United States, combining Wi-Fi and cellular networks from different providers; and in 2016, it announced the Google Station initiative to make public Wi-Fi available around the world, with initial deployment in India.

Just follow these instruction by step by step,
For Window 10
1. Press the Windows key and the letter I.
2. Click Time & language icon.
3. Click Region and Language on the left list.
4. Click Add a language.
5. Choose the language that you want to add.
After choosing the language click on "Set as default" and restart your Pc.
For Windows 8
1. Move the mouse pointer to the upper-right corner of the screen to access the Charm Bar,
then move the pointer down and click Search
2. In the search box enter "language", then select Region and Language Settings from
the search results
3. Click Add a language
4. Choose the language that you want to add
After choosing the language click on "Set as default" and restart your Pc.
